My name is Katia Perina, also known as Goura Loto.
My path is developed through the exploration of spirituality and ancient esoteric knowledge related to human potential and the evolution of consciousness, understood as an integrated and collective process involving human beings along with other life forms.
I believe that the evolution of human consciousness cannot be separated from that of other species.
It is a process of reconnection that takes place within us and, at the same time, in the way we relate to every manifestation of life: human, animal, plant and beyond. When this relationship is renewed, our perception of who we are and our place in the world is also renewed.
My work is dedicated to supporting those who have decided to begin-or have already embarked on-an inner journey and wish to reconnect in a practical way to their deepest nature, rediscovering authenticity, freedom and Joy.
For me, Joy is not a fleeting emotion, but a natural state that emerges when we are aligned with our essence and in living relationship with our surroundings.
My path stems from a lived search for human potential and the evolution of consciousness.
A quest, where transformation occurs through experience and not through theory.
I live and work in Damanhur, an intentional spiritual community where soul searching is intertwined with collective responsibility and a spirituality applied to daily life. Meditation, ritual, alchemy and shared living are concrete tools of evolution for me.
Eleven years of monastic life founded my relationship with the Divine as a discipline lived with myself, as a way to freedom. Since then, personal and collective growth have been inseparable.
I have been facilitating transformative experiences, tailor-made pathways and coaching sessions for individuals and groups, in Damanhur and different parts of the world, for over two decades. I also accompany experiential paths in the Temples of Humanity, the collective work of the Damanhur People.
My work integrates Inner Alchemy, rituals and contemporary awareness tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming and self-awareness processes understood as bridging mind, heart and states of being.
I believe that spirituality today must be lived and embodied.
In a time of great inner and collective division, what matters is not to search endlessly, but to find; not to theorize, but to practice; not to stand still, but to act.
It is in the lived experience that consciousness is transformed.
Joy is not something to be obtained, but what emerges when consciousness stops separating itself from life.
Today I create spaces where individuals and groups can reconnect to who they are and bring this awareness into their lives, relationships and the world.
I have deepened the study and living practice ofAlchemy and ritual work, learned directly from Dandelion Hawk, founder and inspirer of Damanhur, and still cultivated within a group of dedicated researchers. I am an instructor at the Damanhur School of Alchemy, a path for those who feel an authentic call to explore their potential in a serious, deep and structured way, through synchronicity, sacredness, and practical magic.
I fulfill the role of Damanhur Ambassador, sharing its vision and values internationally. As a teacher, Temple of Humanity guide and facilitator of transformative experiential retreats, I accompany individuals and groups into spaces of inner exploration, transformation and remembrance of one’s most authentic nature.
I integrate Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools into inner and relational work and have earned Society of NLP(TM) certifications as a Licensed NLP Practitioner and Licensed NLP Master Practitioner.
What I offer is not theory, but lived experience: a way of life rooted in presence, attention and shared responsibility.
My greatest university is the life I choose to live.
